The Water Heater Bros is run by two owner-operators, Tyler and Cameron. Both grew up in construction and plumbing. They worked residential and industrial plumbing jobs for years before starting this one.
They started a company that does just water heaters because homeowners and business owners were often overpaying without clear pricing or careful work. The person who quotes your job is the person who installs it. Honest repairs and dependable service, from our family to yours.

We buy water heaters and parts in bulk from a small group of trusted manufacturers. Buying this way lowers what we pay for materials, without giving up quality or reliability.
We also invest in a focused set of tools specifically for water heater work instead of purchasing equipment for every type of plumbing. This keeps our overhead low and allows us to work faster and more efficiently, passing those savings directly on to our customers.

Most standard installs take 2 to 4 hours. Tankless can take longer if the venting, gas line or electrical needs work. Tyler or Cameron will tell you what to expect before the job starts, so you can plan your day around it and know when your hot water will be back.
Many water heaters don't need replacing when they stop working. A failed element, thermostat or valve can often be fixed instead. We look at the age, the tank's condition and the cost of the repair, then give you an honest recommendation. If a repair makes more sense, we'll say so.
Yes. The Water Heater Bros is licensed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors under AZ ROC 363269. Tyler and Cameron, the two owners, do the work themselves. Every install comes with the manufacturer warranty, and we explain that coverage before we start. We also give a 2-year workmanship warranty.
It's often sediment, a worn heating element or a heater that's too small for your household. Phoenix Valley water is hard, so minerals settle in the tank and take up room. A flush or a part replacement can often fix it without a new heater.
